Get Directions from 401

Take exit 623 if you are heading on 401 East bound and Exit 623 if you are heading on 401 west bound. Merge onto Highway 15 South (toward downtown Kingston). Continue straight and turn left at the Tim Hortons into the St. Lawrence Business Park (Innovation Drive).

Once on Innovation Drive, Proceed straight past the tim hortons and the clinic is located in the building next to the day care centre.
